Cancellation Policy

Our policy permits cancelations to be made no less than 3 days before session due date. This can be done by simply emailing your tutor with the subheading 'CANCEL CLASS' support@alien2english.com Your tutor should be in touch within 24hrs to reschedule a new session date. Your payment will roll over until booked sessions are complete.
