Can I got a free taster session?
Unfortunately, here at A2E, we do not provide taster sessions. Official sessions will commence soon after free consultation and booking has been complete.
How will I know A2E is right for me or my child?
A2E has qualified and experienced background checked tutors. This means that children, teens and adults are welcomed in this space. Not only do we offer tuition, but we also provide ‘preparing for work’ services, were we assist with completing Resumes and Cover Letters.
The purpose of our free consultation is to ensure A2E have the necessary resources available to assist you on your Alien to English journey. We then ask that you complete an initial assessment, which is also free, to gauge your English language level (Tuition Plan Only).
Do I have to take an initial assessment?
Visitors that wish to enrol for tutoring are permitted to take an initial assessment. However, if you want to ‘prepare for work’, taking an initial assessment will not be necessary.
How do I book sessions?
You can start booking sessions once you have had an online consultation and initial assessment. BOOK SESSION NOW.
How much is tuition?
No matter your learning level, individual flexible sessions cost £25.
However, sessions are made cheaper when booked in 5 block sessions.
How do I cancel a booked session?
A2E do not permit repetitive cancelations, however, we understand emergencies and circumstances change. Our policy permits cancelations to be made no less than 3 days before session due date. This can be done by simply emailing your tutor with the subheading 'CANCEL CLASS'
Your tutor should be in touch within 24hrs to reschedule a new session date. Your payment will roll over until booked sessions are complete.
What happens if I miss a scheduled session and forgot to cancel?
Failing to notify tutor of cancelation 3 days before session, will lead to a paid session. This means that any payment made for missed sessions will not be refunded or rolled over towards next session.
